With web 2.0 business has to be approached somewhat differently. Today the web works very differently than it did before web 2.0.  You see today the Internet is very social in nature. People interact with each other in ways they didn’t do in the past. Unless you’ve got a huge brand to back up your business you’re unlikely to get very far by just uploading a static website to the Internet. Even if you could you would be leaving a huge opportunity and a lot of money on the table.
